How our reminder service works
It's simple and it's free. When you place an order, tell us you want reminders — or just email us and we'll add you.
- We note what you ordered and when.
- Around day 25 we send you a short message. One text or email: "You're about a week out — same again?"
- You reply yes, or you change it. Different flavour, add something, skip this month. Whatever you want.
- We ship it. Orders over $150 ship free anywhere in New Zealand.
No lock-in, no contract, no card stored against your will. Cancel by replying "stop".

A tip on stacking your order
NZ shipping is a flat $10, and free over $150. If you're ordering a $99 tub of Formula 1, adding your tea or aloe at the same time usually costs you less than paying shipping twice.
