Delivery
We deliver anywhere in New Zealand for a flat rate of NZ$15, shown at checkout. There is no need to request a quote first.
Orders are dispatched on business days and you will receive tracking by email once your parcel is on its way. Rural delivery may add a day or two.
International orders are charged a flat NZ$45 for shipping at checkout, where your country is available. If your country is not offered, get in touch and we will let you know what is possible.
International orders may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by the destination country, are not included in what you pay us, and are the customer's responsibility. We cannot predict or refund them.
Please also check that nutritional supplements can be legally imported into your country before ordering — some countries restrict them.
Most orders leave within 1–2 business days. If something is delayed we will tell you rather than leave you wondering.
Please check your delivery address carefully when you confirm your order. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be resent, but a second shipping charge applies.
If tracking has stopped moving or your parcel has not arrived when it should have, get in touch and we will chase it with the carrier for you.
