Returns
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not do what it is supposed to do, you are entitled to a remedy under the Act regardless of anything written below.
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or you have been sent the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will replace or refund it in full, including return postage where a return is needed. You do not pay for our mistakes.
We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is at your cost and we recommend a tracked service — we can only refund goods that reach us. Once received and checked, we refund the product price to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
For health and safety reasons we cannot resell opened food, supplement or drink products, so opened items are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or not as described — those rights apply whether the product is opened or not.
Herbalife products are covered by the Herbalife Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a Herbalife product, get in touch and we will explain how the guarantee applies to your purchase and arrange it with you.
Contact us with your order number and what has gone wrong. Please do not send anything back before contacting us — we will confirm the return address and process first.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days of us receiving and checking the returned goods. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more days to show the funds.
