Herbalife24 in New Zealand: A Complete Guide for Athletes

Herbalife24 is a separate line from the general Herbalife range — it's built specifically for people who train, and every product in it is tested for banned substances. If you play club or representative sport in New Zealand, that last part matters more than anything else on this page.

Why banned-substance testing matters here

Supplement contamination is a real and well-documented problem. If you compete under a code that tests, you carry the responsibility for what's in your body regardless of how it got there. Products that are batch-tested against a recognised standard reduce that risk substantially. Herbalife24 is tested for this purpose — which is why you'll see it used by athletes who can't afford a surprise.

If you're a tested athlete, check the current certification status for your specific product and batch before you use anything. Don't take a website's word for it, including ours.

The line, organised by when you use it

Before training

Prepare — pre-workout, 400g. Take it 15–30 minutes out.

CR7 Drive — carbohydrate and electrolyte drink, 810g. Useful before longer sessions as well as during.

During training

Hydrate — low-calorie electrolyte drink, 20 stick packs. This is the one most people under-use. If you train in a Wellington summer or in a hot gym, hydration is doing more for your session than anything else on this list.

BCAAs — 5g of branched-chain amino acids per serving, for longer or higher-volume sessions.

After training

Rebuild Strength — the recovery shake, 25g protein per serving, taken within about 30 minutes of finishing.

Formula 1 Sport — a meal-style option rather than a straight recovery shake. Useful when the session replaces a meal.

Everyday

Creatine — 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving, NSF Certified for Sport. The most evidence-backed supplement in sport, and the cheapest thing in this range. If you lift and you're not taking creatine, start here.

Protein Bar Chocolate Chip — for the gap between training and getting home to real food.

What to buy first if you're on a budget

You don't need all seven. In order of what actually moves the needle for most people:

  1. Creatine. Cheapest in the range, best evidence, works for almost anyone doing resistance training.
  2. Hydrate. Underrated. Fixes more sessions than any pre-workout will.
  3. Rebuild Strength. If you train hard four-plus times a week and recovery is the bottleneck.
  4. Everything else after that, based on your specific gap.

If you'd rather have the whole system at once, the Herbalife24 Program 1 Kit covers the main phases in one box.

Herbalife24 vs the standard range

People ask whether they should just use regular Formula 1 instead of the Sport version. Fair question.

If you train recreationally two or three times a week and your goal is general health or weight management, the standard range is fine and cheaper. Regular Formula 1 does the job.

If you're training with a competitive goal, training most days, or subject to drug testing, Herbalife24 is the one designed for that and it's the one to use.

Pricing and delivery

Prices are shown in NZD on each product page. Most athletes need two or three things rather than the whole range — tell us what you train and we'll help you shortlist. Everything ships New Zealand-wide, with delivery shown at checkout.

Get a plan first

Sports nutrition goes wrong when people buy products instead of solving a problem. Tell us what you train, how often, and what's not working — book a free consultation and we'll tell you which two or three things are worth your money. Often it's fewer than you'd expect.
